Named GP

All patients in England, including children, now benefit from having a named, accountable doctor who will be responsible for coordinating their care.  Details of your Named GP can be found on the New Patient Health Questionnaire you will be asked to complete as part of the registration process.  If you are unsure who your named GP is please speak to one of our receptionists.

You can still have appointments with any of our clinicians not just your Named GP.

Patients aged 75 and over

In addition for patients aged 75 and over the named accountable GP will also:

  • Work with relevant associated health and social care professionals to deliver a multi-disciplinary care package that meets the needs of the patient

  • Ensure these patients have access to a regular health check
